Soulful Reclamation™

Soulful Reclamation™ is a 9-week guided journey for women of color who are ready to soften, release, and reclaim themselves — without rushing, proving, or over-functioning.

All HERevolution Solutions programs are designed as structured transformational experiences that combine learning, reflection, and integration.

What’s Included in Every Program:

Welcome Packet
Participants receive a welcome packet that introduces the program structure, explains how to move through the material, and helps them prepare for the journey ahead.

Weekly Recorded Sessions
Each program includes recorded sessions that guide participants through the core teachings of the program. Because the sessions are pre-recorded, participants can watch them at their own pace and revisit the material whenever they need.

Guided Audio Rituals
Participants receive 2–3 guided audio rituals designed to support emotional integration and personal reflection. These practices help deepen the experience of the teachings and allow participants to connect with the work in a more embodied way.

Theory Book
Each program includes a theory book that explains the deeper concepts behind the work. The theory book helps participants understand the psychological, emotional, and generational dynamics explored throughout the program.

Participant Workbook
The participant workbook provides structured reflection exercises, prompts, and integration practices that help participants apply the teachings to their own lives.

Certificate of Completion
After completing the program, participants receive a certificate recognizing their commitment to the work and the transformation they have undertaken.
